Why should you hire a stager?

  • To create better visibility – homes that photograph well inspire more viewing appointments. In order to photograph well, clean, uncluttered and neutral design is a must.
  • Appeal to the MOST potential buyers as possible – designing a space that allows people to imagine themselves in the home takes the fear out of committing to a home.
  • Increases offers – a home that is in demand because it has touched potential buyers invites multiple offers.
  • Eliminates the need to visualize – not everyone is good at visualization. Sometimes it helps to SHOW people how amazing a home can be.
Staging for resale using items the client already owns!

Staging Package 1 – $125

1-2 hour consultation including a punch list of things the homeowner can do themselves over a period of time to get ready to list. This may include the following on an as needed basis: color consulting, space planning, attention to detail items using items the homeowner already has on hand.

Staging Package 2 – $125 + hourly TBD

1-2 hour consultation (package 1) + hourly assistance in implementing the list provided, shopping for additional staging items to incorporate into the existing design. Hourly is determined by the scope of the job.
